Group training built around what leaders are actually dealing with right now. Real challenges, worked with coaches and peers, with a plan they can use that week.

Session 4

Leaders Circle

Leaders practice feedback reps in a safe environment with coaches and peers before the real conversation is on the line. Confidence built through reps not theory.

One-on-One

One-on-One
