Free Working Session: Coaching the Coaches: Spot the feedback patterns that let accountability slip.
Leadership is a skill. Train it like one.
Foundation conditions managers to handle the leadership moments that actually matter, using Real Reps, real standards, and coaching that keeps the bar high.
If your managers have been through leadership training and you're seeing the same issues happen, the training isn't the problem.
Leadership development courses teach concepts. Managers leave with frameworks, a new vocabulary, and good intentions. Then Monday comes and nothing has changed.

This isn't a motivation problem. It's a conditioning problem. Knowing what good leadership looks like is not the same as being able to execute it consistently, especially under pressure.
Foundation closes that gap.
Not a course. A conditioning system.
Foundation is built around Real Reps: the specific leadership moments that push a leader to respond as their best selves.

Managers practice giving feedback, setting expectations, and handing off ownership in their actual jobs, with actual people. They submit evidence. It gets reviewed against a clear standard. The bar doesn't move.
Progress isn't measured by attendance or content completed. It's measured by skill growth.

Before Foundation begins, every manager completes a leadership skills baseline to show where they are right now. At the end, they take it again to show them what changed.
The Real Reps
How Foundation Works
Weekly conditioning, not weekly content.
Sessions don't introduce new material. They're built around what happened in your managers' actual work that week — reps attempted, evidence reviewed, patterns surfaced.

Flexible by design, rigorous by requirement.
Managers start together in the kickoff, then have flexibility built in. Can't make the scheduled Open Gym? Attend the alternate time or schedule a 1:1. Traveling during Leaders Circle? Same options. The structure adapts to real schedules without lowering the bar.

Most of the work happens between sessions.
Managers practice Real Reps in their actual work, log evidence, and unlock new reps as they meet the standard.

Progress-based, not time-based.
Foundation typically runs 6-8 weeks. Managers graduate when they demonstrate competency on and confidence with their Real Reps.

Personalized coaching.
Support doesn't disappear when the session ends. Managers get 1:1s, targeted feedback, and coaching focused on their current challenges.
A before & after.
Every manager completes a Leadership Skills Baseline before Foundation begins and again at the end. The data isn't shared publicly. It's used to show each manager what actually changed.
Foundation is right for managers who:
-
Were promoted for being good at the work and are still figuring out the people part
-
Know what they should do in hard moments...and keep delaying it anyway
-
Give feedback, but aren't sure it's landing
-
Are carrying more than they should and can't figure out how to stop
-
Have been through leadership training before and don't feel equipped
And for HR, Functional, and L&D leaders who:
-
Need something their managers will actually use, not just complete
-
Want behavior change they can see, not just satisfaction scores
-
Are tired of investing in programs that don't hold past the last session
2026 Cohorts are open

Cohorts are capped at 6-8 participants and span 7-8 weeks.

Cohort 261: Kickoff Session: March 10, 10am Eastern
Cohort 262: Kickoff Session: March 26, 10am Eastern
Cohort 263: Kickoff Session: March 26, 2pm Eastern

To graduate: Participants must attend the Kickoff session plus 4 additional sessions. These can be the scheduled group sessions (Open Gym, Leaders Circle) or individual 1:1 coaching sessions if scheduling conflicts arise.
Time commitment: 30 minutes of async work weekly, plus live sessions. Most of the work happens in real leadership moments managers are already having...Foundation just adds structure and accountability to them.
